EXACTSPACE Technologies Private and ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable
to EXACTSPACE Technologies Private (hereinafter referred to as “EXACTSPACE”).

This policy is applicable to all EXACTSPACE employees, contractors, vendors, interns,
associates, customers and business partners who may:

or who provide information to the organization.

b. Have access to personal information collected or processed by EXACTSPACE, or who

All partner firms and any Third-Party working with or for EXACTSPCE, and who have or may have
